Access is possible by contacting the video information manager or authorized personnel in advance and visiting the location.
Measures to Ensure Security of Video Information
The Company assigns differentiated access rights to protect personal video information and records details such as purpose of access, accessing personnel, and access date/time to prevent unauthorized alteration.
Changes to the Video Information Processing Equipment Operation and Management Policy
When this policy is revised due to changes in laws, regulations, or security technologies, the Company will notify users at least 7 days prior to the revision.
